Earth Korps River Fest

This April 30th thru May 2nd, will be holding a small gathering of wonderfully talented musicians and friends of the environment, right on the banks of the Shenandoah River, in beautiful downtown Strasburg, VA.

The Shenandoah Riverview Festival will help raise money for EarthKorps, an organization dedicated to cleaning up the historic Shenandoah River. All proceeds will go towards this cause.

We are very fortunate that the Troxell family will provide us with the grounds on which to hold this event. They have agreed to provide this beautiful, peaceful and pristine property for us to enjoy -free of charge. All they ask is that you treat the property and everyone present with respect and kindness, and to clean up after yourselves.

This will be a nice, laid back weekend of music and camping on the Shenandoah River, with bands starting around 4 PM on Friday, April 30th, and ending at 2 PM on Sunday, May 2nd.

We've lined up over 15 bands and dozens of individual musicians who want to donate their time and energy to making a difference, starting right here at home. Artists include On The Bus, Scott Christopher Murray, Five of a Kind, Joe Herbert & Friends, George Wesley & Small Axe Orchestra, Dry Mill Road, David Frye, Rick Harris Jr, PBR, Steal the Prize, Shakedown, Jake & Burtones, GAC Bluegrass, Ambrose Dilemma, Con Burch, Rick Harris Jr. Mark Barreres, Friends 'O The Shenandacky, and more.

The Shenandoah Riverside Festival is a family -friendly event, and we ask that you keep it cool. Remember: no RV campers, no glass, bottles, drugs, weapons, pets or trouble. Bring your lawn chairs, or spread out a large blanket and enjoy the music as you watch the Shendoah River flow by. We will have limited vending available.

Get your tickets early, because there will be a limited amount available for purchase. Sorry, no RV's, but there will be plenty of space to set up your tents along the river. Parking is included in the ticket price.
