COF-A-Que is a private party -invitation only
This private party is a charity fundraiser produced by the fine folks at Hands On Events, Inc. an entertainment events services company benefiting the non-profit community.
This party started back in 1999, and is now one of the biggest non-sanctioned barbeque competitions in the Washington Metro area, We pride ourselves on throwing what some say is the best party of the year.
This year’s event is sure to be better than ever. Look for video of the bands and other stuff from GDP next week.

Cacapon is a derivative of a Shawnee Indian word meaning "medicine waters," a reference to the area's mineral waters that have been renowned through history for their healing powers. Today, the people that live on the Cacapon river, young and old, insist the power still exists.
